From our London based microbrewery, we source, roast and brew great coffee from around the world. Our Chai is slow brewed to capture the depth of every ingredient.
Minor Figures is dedicated to beautifully crafted innovation around coffee. As food and drink consumers demand simple and natural ingredients, less additives, no preservatives, provenance and authenticity, and as their experience and knowledge grows their needs overlap with the needs of professionals. Our Oat Milk and Coffee products are equally at home, in the aisles of a major retailer, or behind the bar at the best coffee shops around the world.
At our London based microbrewery, we handpick great coffee, roast and flash brew our coffee, then steep for a long period of time to produce a complex and bright flavor. We then serve straight or blended with our oat milk. Each product is made with the finest in season coffee and the origin and varietal of the coffee is provided on each. Our cans are infinitely recyclable.

Minor Figures creates limited edition clothing and products. Like all of our products - our clothing is definitely not fast fashion. They are all made to last, using super high quality, nice material weights, the block and cut are all considered.
Many pieces are one-off runs made in very limited numbers. When they're gone they're gone.
We oversee the process to bring clothing and products that are completely original. All products are vegan.

Minor Figures Is Now Carbon Neutral
Balancing out the impact we have on the planet is the least we can do. There’s still heaps more to do, and though we can’t kill all of our carbon emissions yet, we are working towards keeping more fossil fuels where they belong – buried in the ground.
High on Acids
Acidity is a wonderful but slippery term to try to get to grips with. Though often unfairly boxed in with connotations of ‘sourness’ or ‘bitterness’, the natural acidity found in coffee is actually the unsung hero in creating the bold spectrum of far-out flavors in your cup. When cultivated correctly, acids can add brightness, zeal and imagination to your cup, helping to tell the true story of the coffee you’re drinking and illuminate all of the vibrant characteristics of its origin.
